Emergency power system The system is designed to provide automatic backup resources of 220 VAC in a crisis or when regular systems fail. Emergency power system includes : (1) power inverter ; (2) lead-acid car battery & battery charging unit ; Product applicatioon : Utility power (known as normal power) can be lost due to downed lines, malfunctions at a sub-station, incliment weather, planned blackouts or in extreme cases a grid-wide failure. Wide variety of settings in residential homes and small to medium commercial establishments . Control unit of the emergency power system ( EPS ) : in the control unit is embeded a voltage sensor capable of receiving 220 VAC and an automatic system that is able to signal to and activate the emergency supply circuit in case of failure of 220 VAC station supply. Connection options: Inverter connects to the charging battery via standard 12 V car cigar lighter receptacle plug or charging cable clamps connecting dirrectly to the car battery. Technical Specification: Inverter Input Voltage : 11 V - 14 V Shutdown Input Voltage : 10.8 V ( +/- 10 % ) [ economical, efficient, low voltage shutdown arrangement for sensing when the input voltage has dropped to a predetermined level for a predetermined time period and for initiating a utilization device for developing a shutdown signal] Charging Current : 1 A ( +/- 10 % ) Output Voltage : 220 V Output Power : maximum 200 W Battery Voltage on charge cycle : 14 V Charging Battery Specification Requirements: Voltage : 12 V - 14 V Battery capacity: 20 Ah
